My job is to put my experience to work for my clients and provide them with risk management and insurance solutions that address their needs. Sometimes that requires looking for new options. I enjoy the challenge of finding a new way to get something done, especially when others don't think it's possible.
As a kid, I loved to tear things apart and put them back together just to see how they worked. Now I do that with insurance. I understand every aspect of my clients' programs coverage, design and finance. This way my clients get the answers they need, when they want them right away.
I believe this business is about connections, relationships and beneficial partnerships. When a deal is on the table and everyone the client, the underwriter and Hylant are working towards the same goal, that's when this job is most rewarding.
Cultivating relationships over the years paid off for one of my clients after filing for protection under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. They were able to maintain coverage with favorable terms with every insurer, even those with significant claims.
I bring continuity and personal loyalty to my clients. I've worked with most of them for more than a decade. My clients trust my judgment and appreciate my advice. They know I'm by their side today and tomorrow ensuring they continue to have high quality risk management programs and insurance coverage for their company.
