Insurance isn't always the easiest thing to understand and clients shouldn't have to decipher the complexities of various programs to determine what's best for them. When I meet with a new client, I listen to their specific needs and their potential exposures based on their business climate, objectives and variables.
Risk management can mean the difference between a successful operation and a struggling one. I work with each client through successful placements and renewals so they see proven value in working with an experienced, efficient insurance professional.
For example, I worked with a client that was experiencing financial difficulties and had a bare-bones, yet expensive, policy. I introduced them to new types of insurance that offset their exposures, improved their coverage and saved them a substantial amount of money.
It's about simplifying the process so that clients understand how different paths will impact their bottom line and daily operations. Clients want a seamless and efficient plan that gives them peace of mind that their business is in good hands – so that's what I give them.
